Artist's Comments
If you read my last journal we have been suffering from -30C down to -49C wind chills right across the Canadian Prairies. On Thursday the weather man was predicting an amazing up swing in the temperature which of course was hard to believe. This is my son in Fort McMurray Alberta where the temperatures got up to +10Celsius on Sunday. Now he didn’t really go riding in his shorts, but he was running around outside getting things ready to go and I just had to snap a picture.
Now your wondering how I got from Manitoba to Alberta again, when we were just there at Christmas. It’s a long story, but we made a quick trip up there to deliver a truck to my son that he bought from a friend here in Manitoba. Good ole dad agreed to haul it up and mom went along for the ride. |
